After years of silence, I am talking now

Date: January 03, 2016 05:20AM After years of silence I decided to record videos. My first ever talking head videos that is. Because I have had enough of being silent on the issues that are close to my heart. Fruitarianism is about nonviolence and I feel that this idea is not represented strongly enough in the raw vegan community.
A walk in my garden and why I pursue fruitarianism. [youtu.be] How do we treat women in the fruitarian/raw vegan/vegan communities? Bullies do not represent us. You are beautiful and powerful, do not let anyone ever tell you otherwise. xxx [youtu.be] RawGosia channel RawGosia streams Re: After years of silence, I am talking now

Date: January 03, 2016 11:22AM Thanks RawGosia very informative video.
You grow your own fruits it is very nice to see and it gives you the best and most nutritious fruits. I have been amazed at the physical transformation, beauty and youth you display now compared to some of your old pictures at your website. What are your thoughts on supplements such as B12? What about seaweeds some find we cannot go without? Edited 3 time(s). Last edit at 01/03/2016 11:28AM by RawPracticalist. Re: After years of silence, I am talking now

Date: January 04, 2016 02:48AM RawPracticalist, thank you. Yes, home grown is the best. Yesterday I picked a bunch of tree-ripen apricots. It's amazing how filling they are. So much more nutritious than standard supermarket fruit.
I think some flexibility in the diet is necessary, and responding to body needs is paramount or one can run into problems. I am planning to make some videos where I will talk about the diet, and about flexibility in particular. It's easier for me to write than talk, but I am ready to try. Date: January 04, 2016 02:54AM fresh, thank you. Indeed, I like to listen to Victor. He is a young scholarship-winning student with lots of interesting things to share. I've known him since sucks site, and am connected with him via facebook. Besides being clever and a geek, he is a great person, I respect him for his ethics. Date: January 04, 2016 03:09AM He's at 85% home grown foods now! Impressive. lots of squashes ...
since all raw didn't quite work for him (don't know what he did exactly) moving to some cooked makes sense and he's put homegrown as a higher priority than raw. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
