Date: January 03, 2016 11:33PM Hi Fresh! Happy to be back. Well, I am visually illustrating the point that after all the anti aging theories of eating a high fat diet (and demonizing carbs), the cooked-high-fat gurus look bad themselves (to me). It is about being aware of the danger of people following a 'reasoned' diet as promoted by doctors (experts) and watching them evolve through time. I am happy they were the guinea pigs and not me.

Date: January 03, 2016 11:53PM But the high fat eaters do not look good even David Wolfe looks heavy, maybe it is just the photo angle
Lou Corona looks fine. He is more into enzymes and fasting too. Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 01/03/2016 11:55PM by RawPracticalist. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
