Date: January 12, 2007 05:06PM Singinraw, you seem to be asking for advice so here is mine - lift weights.
I always notice a profound difference in my attitude when I work out, especially with weights - I hold my head higher and have a "can-do" attitude towards life - I feel sexy and confident. I notice it in men, too, DEFINITELY in men. It makes such a huge difference yet for some reason alot of people are anti-weight lifting. Re: I love you guys

Date: January 12, 2007 05:21PM I lift weights as well, and I agree with you sunshine. I do yoga, lift weights and run, and all of those things make me feel teriffic! You are right about lifting weights...it gives you that "can do" attitude. But so does Yoga, for sure. Re: I love you guys

Date: January 12, 2007 06:44PM My husband always wishes that I would just sit down, or lie in bed and "relax" for more than 5 minutes at a time! The only time you will see me sitting very still, for a long period of time is when I am meditating. Re: I love you guys
