Date: January 14, 2007 07:36AM um I go thru my stages, when I am sad I eat more, I like it as a staple, in smoothies, with tomatoes, etc..sometimes i go thru months without one, people always ask me about avocados, They don't make you fat, and they are very satisfying, not heavy, to me..I like them  Re: photo I took tonight
