Would like to know everyone's opinion on this. If you believe it is acid-forming, why? If not, same question. Thanks everybody.

Doesn't the mineral balance dictate whether a food is acid or alkaline forming? So it depends on the fruit, but as far as I know most are around neutral.

According to [www.acid-base.de] all the fruit they have listed is alkaline forming.

And the table towards the bottom of this page [www.naturalhealthschool.com] says most fruits are alkaline but some acid.

There's aot of factors.fruit these days don't have the natiral mineral content they once did in the wild. That alone is the key factor of it's end PH to the body. Also there's soo much more sugar in todays fruits and suagr is acicid and if there's not enough alkaline minerals to nutrilaize...well you kjnow thew result.

Cheers to a sweet day and see you AT THE TOP!!
