Is sweet fruit acid-forming??

Date: January 09, 2007 06:12PM Doesn't the mineral balance dictate whether a food is acid or alkaline forming? So it depends on the fruit, but as far as I know most are around neutral.

Date: January 09, 2007 06:21PM There's aot of factors.fruit these days don't have the natiral mineral content they once did in the wild.That alone is the key factor of it's end PH to the body.Also there's soo much more sugar in todays fruits and suagr is acicid and if there's not enough alkaline minerals to nutrilaize...well you kjnow thew result.
