Lentils are very rich in nutrients and protein. I use them at least few times a week. You can add to your green smoothies or make raw soup with them.

If there is something you wonder and don't know, how can the question be goofy?

1 cup of sprouted lentils has 6.9g protein, the 47g mentioned on the link must be for the unsprouted lentils.

The interesting thing was that the USDA HAD sprouted lentils in it's database!

they are so terrific sprinkled in salad.

i've mixed them up with chopped tomato and celery with a little of whatever dressing too.

they are GREAT with curry as an indian flavoured dish. so versatile.

remember to eat them when the sprout is no longer than the lentil bean, that's when they are at their highest nurtitional peak.
