So just to talk generally about what the PCR Test because there’s actually additional error even beyond what I’ve described, so what this Test does is it’s really just an Amplification Strategy and the reason this is necessary is because we’re kind of looking for a needle in a haystack. We might only find a few copies of this Genetic Material and if there’s only a few copies, we just can’t detect it out of all the other stuff that’s in the Fluid. So what this does is it’s a reaction that actually Replicates the strand of RNA and it makes a copy, so it makes from one to two. So you would run a Cycle of this Reaction and you’d go from say one copy to two copies, then you would stop the Reaction and then, start another Cycle by adding some more materials and then, you go from two to four and repeat again for four to eight and so on and so on. And this is an exponential or a Binomial Expansion and if you look at the black curve on the Graph here, you’ll see that’s what that represents.

So generally speaking, when you’re using this Test, you want to carry out approximately between 25 and 35 Cycles in order to get enough Amplification that you can see what you’re looking for. If you go too much beyond that, what happens is you end up Amplifying the Noise. So it seems to be generally represented that the Absolute Maximum Number of Cycles that you could do and still get an accurate Result is 45 and that’s exactly the Number of Cycles that is recommended for this COVID-19 PCR Test, so it’s right at the Upper Limit. 15:33 MM

And I’m going to share this quote with you from another article about PCR, it says…

“What PCR does is to select a Genetic Sequence and then, Amplify it enormously. It can accomplish the equivalent of finding a needle in a haystack; it can Amplify that needle into a haystack. Like an Electronically Amplified Antenna, PCR greatly Amplifies the Signal, but also greatly Amplifies the Noise. Since the Amplification is exponential, the slightest error in measurement, the slightest contamination, can result in errors of many orders of magnitude.”

So this is not a very accurate Test, especially when you’re pushing the Number of Cycles to get so much Amplification just a slight mistake can result in False Positives and I think that’s what we’ve been seeing. 16:23 MM

So I’m going to change gears now a little bit and talk about something different, something that most of you have Never heard of whatsoever and it’s called Exosomes. 16:33 MM

Now this is a specific type of Vesicle that will end up merging with the Cell Membrane at the surface under certain conditions and release these Exosomes out into the Extracellular Fluid and they’ll get into the Circulation and be distributed around the Body. 17:38 MM

So while they’re Inside the Cell they’re called MVEs, which stands for Multi Vesicular Endosomes. So in other words, they have a bunch of Exosomes or Vesicles Inside of them. And they release them on a regular basis just day to day and there are many things, though, that can induce this process and accelerate it and increase the number of Exosomes that it releases Outside of the Cell. And so, these Exosomes leave the Cell and you see they have these little squares on them and these little squares are like a Lock and what they do is they go around the Body through the Circulation and they’re looking for the Right Key to fit their Lock and that’s called the Target Cell. 18:23 MM

So here on the left this is an Electron Micrograph or a picture from an Electron Microscope of Exosomes and you can see here an Exosome budding Out of the Cell and it’s essentially a spherical or circular, this is a cross-section, so this is a slice of the Tissue where on the periphery, there are like these kind of globular densities or little dots or circles, right? And Inside the Cell here where it says MVB, these are the same as MVEs, that’s where all of these Exosomes are when they’re Inside the Cell before they bud out, OK?

And now we have a picture on the right, which allegedly shows this COVID-19 Virus and you can see that there are these Vesicles budding out of the Cell in a circular shape with the globular dots on the periphery, so essentially, it’s the same thing. 19:48 MM

So now we have a series of 2 Comparison Photographs under Electron Microscope of the Virus and an Exosome Outside the Cell and Virus and MVE Inside the Cell and you can see that they are identical in appearance. 21:52 MM

Almost 20% of the New York Police Department is out sick

Roughly 20% of the NYPD is out sick, according to a law enforcement official.

As of today, there are 7,155 uniformed members out sick, which accounts for 19.8% of the force.

At least 243 members have returned to work after being out sick.

Overall, there have been 3,119 members who have tested positive for coronavirus. Of those, 508 have returned to work.

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo said it’s “so painful and breathtaking” to see how many people have died from coronavirus.

The state has about 4,000 more people than in the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.

“9/11 was supposed to be the darkest day in New York for a generation,” Cuomo said in a press briefing. "We lost 2,753 lives on 9/11. We've lost over 7,000 lives to this crisis. That is so shocking and painful and breathtaking, I don't even have the words for it.”

Cuomo says that while the coronavirus cannot be seen with the eye, its affects are tangible and tragic.

“There was no explosion, but it was a silent explosion that just ripples through society with the same randomness, the same evil that we saw on 9/11,” Cuomo added.

Wayne County morgue brings in refrigerated trucks for surge in coronavirus deaths
As COVID-19 deaths continue to rise, the Wayne County Medical Examiner's Office is gearing up for the inevitable: more bodies than it can hold.

To prepare for the surge, the morgue brought in two refrigerated trucks, another is expected this week, and a fourth arrives next week, said county spokesman Bill Nowling.

Nowling said the morgue can hold 300 bodies, and already has 200. The refrigerated trucks can hold about 35-40 bodies each.

"We anticipate the need is going to increase as we start to hit our peak," Nowling told the Free Press on Tuesday.

Chicago opens refrigerated warehouse to hold more than 2,000 bodies
The Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office in Chicago announced the opening of its surge center Thursday to expand capacity and ease overcrowding at hospital morgues due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The 66,000-square foot refrigerated warehouse will have the capacity to hold more than 2,000 bodies, according to a release from the county.

“While my hope is that we have made plans that we will not have to utilize, I realize that my administration has a responsibility to prepare for a surge in deaths due to the Covid-19 pandemic,” said Cook County Board President Toni Preckwinkle. “We are working diligently to ensure that the victims of this virus are treated with dignity while under our care.”

The county has also acquired 14 refrigerated trailers and is in the process of securing six more to support the surge center. The trailers will be prepositioned at hospitals that are experiencing surges so their morgues are not overwhelmed.
