Anyone ever have a problem ordering from RawGuru.com?

Date: January 12, 2007 07:31PM I placed an order on the 31st because of the free shipping special. I emailed them a couple days later because I never even received a confirmation email, order number or tracking info I guess because the site crashed. They said it shipped the3 rd..
According to UPS, it should've only taken 3 days for ground shipping. It's been about 7 days now and I still haven't received it and I was charged for it. I emailed again yesterday but didn't get a reply. :/ Re: Anyone ever have a problem ordering from RawGuru.com?

Date: January 12, 2007 08:29PM just call them.. alex is really great to deal with and he's really helpful. I had the same thing happen over the holiday and he said he recieved waaaaaay more orders than he anticipated. Call him, work with him and you will be happy.
