Best Raw Foods to Eat before Work Outs

Date: January 14, 2007 01:44AM Just an open enquiry as to what raw foods people find are the best to have before a work out?
I find if i have fruit or a fruit juice blend I get dizzy after i work out and sometimes during. I have started adding carrots and other vegies to my juice to keep my sustained for longer.
