Best Raw Foods to Eat before Work Outs

Just an open enquiry as to what raw foods people find are the best to have before a work out?

I find if i have fruit or a fruit juice blend I get dizzy after i work out and sometimes during. I have started adding carrots and other vegies to my juice to keep my sustained for longer.

Any thoughts on this?

yeah i make a green juice with dark greens and celery

it gives me just the right "edge" and clarity that i need

works like a dream
every time

btw, cool name : sapote, that is
i never tried it though
think maybe i saw it in the "special" section for fruits

I've gained a ton of muscle from this
it's termed the "protein myth"
5 ounces of wheatgrass
2 young coconuts
before a work out, and youll feel great.
maybe a couple table spoons of raw almond butter
