Am I the only raw foodist that is enjoying the ambrosial juicy startfruit?? I just got some from the farmers market yesterday, ocean water treated may I add. SO so goodsmiling smiley!!


P.S. Also enjoying the tangerines and meyer lemonssmiling smiley!!

I used to eat them in Thailand. Nice. Very juicy. A bit on the sour side, or they could be very sour. Especially if they're not fully ripe. Don't peel them or anything. Just wash them real good. You can bite right into it or cut it up. There are seeds in the fruit that you can eat, I think?!! If they're a bit green, they're going to be more sour. Orange is the color of a ripe one. And they'll get little black spots as they get old.
