examples are green powders, bee pollen, algae, wheatgrass or other grass juices, etc. Re: superfood

Date: January 18, 2007 12:32PM The recipe calls for 2 dessertspoons of superfood. It sounds like a powder. If so, it sounds like it comes from some company. Maybe Nature's First Law? I don't know. Just a wild guess. I've never bought any powder superfood. Taylor, who published the book? If it is from Nature's First Law (NFL), or somebody using their products, then NFL is where to look to find that specific superfood. Like Mike and cooc said, there are various kinds of superfoods. Sounds like the one in your "cook"book is a processed product - a powder. This way is not compatible with Zen practice. This way IS Zen practice. - Dr. Doug Graham Nothing whatsoever should be attached to. - Buddha Re: superfood
