Question on using NutritionData.com

I was using ftiday.com, but I would like to try ND. Is there a way I can enter my foods for the day to see my total count of vitamins, minerals, calories, etc? I know how to do it in Fitday, but can't figure out ND.

Add the foods to your pantry. Select quantities (you type them in at the text box to the left). Name the recipe in the text box, hit the anaylze button, and see the display that comes up. Most of the relevant info as at the bottom of the page, they fill up the top with their garbage.

If you wish to save it, click on the "add to pantry" link.

Also consider using the cron-o-meter, it is easier, commercial-free and you don't even have to be online to use it.

free download here
[spaz.ca]

but you also need to download java to be able to use it, also free
[java.com]

Since discovering the cron-o-meter and since nutritiondata.com sold out to Conde Nast, I haven't visited nutritiondata.com much. But it is still useful for the search functions.
