hi, some of you might remember me. I'm 20 years old and I was on the fruitarian diet for 3 years and during the first 8 months i've lose 30 lbs. however, i gained it all back in two months when i started eating badly. i had binges and cravings b/c i started eating "normal". now, that my binges are less crazy, i feel that i want to start over again an go back to the fruitarian diet. i know this is a rawfood support site but i thought someone here might be able to help. i'm dying to lose those 30 lbs. i feel so sad that i've gained so much.

I hear you. It must be frustrating. There is a level of raw food that you are comfortable with NOW. Be honest with that. THAT is YOUR starting point. Just make small goals and stretch from there. Set small time-tables/goals and keep them....consistently...for a lifetime. If consistency/lifetime are not embedded in the goal.....then set a smaller goal!

-Don't hold yourself to some 'ideal'......not a guru's.....and not even an ideal that your own brain has concocted. If you have a goal to lose 30 lbs.........RE-FOCUS.....you actually only have one small goal.....LOSE 1 lb.......with pleasure and dedication.

-What do you think?

Do one thing, no matter how small, that will bring you closer to awesomeness, then feel good about it. Repeat if necessary winking smiley
