I was wondering if Manna Bread was a raw food product, so I emailed Natures Path and asked them. They emailed back and said it was NOT a raw food product. You can check by going to their site, www.naturespath.com and sending them an email. They were pretty quick in their response.

I emailed them as well and they responded within about a week:

"Thank you for your email. Thank you for contacting us about our manna
bread. We have 7 varieties including one that is wheat free (Whole
Rye).
See [www.naturespath.com]

The bread is made from sprouted whole grains and baked at a temperature
higher than 120F. (about 335 - 350 degrees F.) The product is baked at
a temperature lower than conventional bread but it is not a raw food.
Precise temperatures and length of baking time is considered
confidential recipe information."

Yes, love the picture. As for manna bread, the authors of the book you cite state on page 25 that they don't know what temperature the bread is heated at and so they don't know if it's raw!

Thanks :-) it was taken at the Paris Plage in France. Yeah i just looked again and saw that. Well it's all gone now so that's done. Dehydrating crackers right now. Yum.

You should try the onion bread recipe on [www.goneraw.com]. It is very delicious! I have to stop talking about food... I'm on day 6 of the Master Cleanse. ;o)
