Trouble staying raw? You could try subliminals.

Date: March 01, 2007 12:56AM It occurred to me that some of you might like to know, if you don't already, about these meditation soundtracks at centerpointe.com - what first got me into it was that you can record your own subliminals in their "state-of-the-art" technology - have them say whatever you want. For fairly cheap, compared to some other ways of doing that. Also, the idea of the soundtracks themselves is pretty cool (the affirmations are just an "extra". That said, I have no favorable testimonial to give after 11 years of wasting money on the stuff, but they tell me I am a Martian, "resistant to change", and just not suggestible! But I thought someone might like to try it, as, IF we are to believe the hype, some people do get results in terms of releasing unwanted energy, emotions, programming, and behaviors. I'd hate for someone to waste more money on my recommendation, but I put it out there for the desperate like me and I hope you won't think that I'm taking advantage of (fellow) desperation.
You could also research Alphasonics - you can't record your own "raw" affirmations with those, but the healthy eating ones basically work with your own understanding of what it would mean to eat in a healthy manner. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
