Hi everyone!! Sorry to keep posting questions, but this is my only source of information and I really need it right now! I am wondering if I am eating enough and if I need to supplement with anything like B12, protein, green powders, or anything else. A typical day for me looks like this:
Breakfast: a huge bowl of berries, a banana, and some dates
Snack: half a canteluope
Next snack: nuts and dried fruits
Lunch:mixed green salad w/ the most natural dressing I can find
dinner: avocado, tomato, onion mixed up and mashed (yum)
and I usually have dessert: raw almond butter, organic maple syrup, pecansmixed and frozen.
I try to fit a green drink in there every once in awhile!
If someone could analyze this and let me know if Im doing ok, it would mean a lot to me. Thanks for all of your support who have answered my questions....dont think I could do it without you!

Do what feels right for you. It is a good idea to take B12 in my opinion.
More greens might help you further, but its up to you.

You can analyze the nutritional content of all of the above at [www.nutritiondata.com]

Just use the Pantry option to add and analyze more than one food.
