If my urine has a strong odour, do I need to drink more water?

Date: March 19, 2007 01:50PM Or is it just because I'm eating more greens as of late? Added some dandilions to my daily diet. Or am I detoxifying?

Date: March 19, 2007 08:50PM It's what you are eating. I think the bitter greens and crucifers make for some stinky urine. Asparagus makes the urine really stinky.
But I haven't noticed anything from lettuces, you can eat as much of thsoe as you like, they are so mild, and no stink. Re: If my urine has a strong odour, do I need to drink more water?

you could probably find alot of opinions on why that happens, doesn't seem like much of anything to be bothered by. I think the rule is if it isn't clear and regular (once per hour or so) then you want to do some drinkin' in the morning and/or evenings and maybe some with exercise. curiosity about such things is awesome, but don't let it run your life or question the eating habits you enjoy. set the world un-fire Re: If my urine has a strong odour, do I need to drink more water?
