Date: April 03, 2007 12:57PM Hi
I am on day 8 of my juice FEAST - I am planning to go as long as I can! I am taking OXYPOWDER as well as laxative (senna) I am wondering if I should get a hydrotherapy..colonic? They are expensive, but I want to do this right! I am not into giving myself enamas... Any advice would be appreciated! Re: colonics advise

Date: April 04, 2007 07:42AM haha hi there girl...well hmm....everything i have read in the raw literature and look up's online and attending Optimum health institute suggest colonics or enema's to help with the toxins and waste being removed efficiently so that they are not "baked" by your body back into the cells at 98.6 degrees haha that was what the last book said....so from that i think it is a good idea....it is the major way of elimination of the toxins and wastes your body is removing...but if you aren't able to remove them fast enough Especially on a juice feast ...they might be absorbed back into your body and that is not good....(and since in the raw food detox diet by natalie rose...she says waste=weight...i suspect...that not seing a weight loss could be d/t not being able to get the toxins out as fast as your body is trying....) so in my own opinioon from what i have read and heard and learned...i think they are important on a healthy lifestyle.....i listed the eight ways to help with elimination under my journal if you want to read that too hun...good luck...
