raw flours

I've used my food processor and Champion Juicer to process soaked/sprouted grains for cookies and muffins, but I don't enjoy these methods. I like to soak/sprout grains, dehydrate them at 105 degrees, and then grind them in my handcrank grain mill, which makes beautiful raw flours. The questions is, what can I do with these wholegrain, enzyme-rich flours? thank you, Smile Re: raw flours

I knew that posting this question would open myself up to the possibility of responses I wasn't looking for, though your reply did make me smile. And on that happy note, do the people at this forum eat only raw fruits and veggies? Do they omit raw cookies, crackers, and breads? Smile Re: raw flours

Use the oat "flour" to make oatmeal cookies! mix with agave, cinnamon, nutmeg, some ground up flax seeds mixed with water for use as the as a binder, raisins. Dehydrate in Excaibur till dry but not dried out. Yummmm Re: raw flours
