OK. So, for whatever reason, I am finally ready to make the plunge. I have said this before. But this is it. I can feel it. A juice fast is not appealing to me - Due to my bingeing tendencies, I fear that fasting and deprivation sets me up. So I figure that I will give myself permission to eat all the delicious fruit I desire - Grapes are sounding excellent right now. Probably because they are so cooling and cleansing.

You all have been AMAZING to me these past few months. I am touched by the empathy and compassion. Thank you a million times over.

I was wondering if there was someone out there who would be interested in checking in with me daily to encourage me to stay on track. Phone. Email. Whatever. If not, no problem. I just thought it might be helpful - Most of the world supports me self destructing - It is good to have people who support health in your court.
