Oatmeal and Olive oil

Can you put an ounce of Olive oil into your oatmeal in the morning after you
take your prune juice and your teaspoon of fiber? I'm asking because I
have constipation and I don't want to throw up after taking a bit.

Is this raw oats ground into a powder, following a glass of fresh plum juice? In any case, though, if you are constipated a breakfast of preferably organic fruit should have enough digestibility and natural fiber to clear you out, unless you have a serious stomach condition; but a bunch of cooked grains, juices from concentrate, and likely cooked olive oil isn't going to help either. Trying a spoonfull of freshly ground flax seed would also help more than other things.

Force the change you want to see in the world through direct, socialist democracy!

Why not try organic coconut oil instead? Or do a large green smoothie made in your blender, that works for me for cleaning out my colon.

Love,
