Question about low-fat diet

I wonder why low-fat raw vegan is important.

I was raw before and ate whatever I wanted within the Wigmore suggestions, but I bombed on it after over a year. I got very sick and weak, chf, allergies got worse, etc.

Now I want to stay raw and not become sick again.

Anyone who knows, please post why low fat and high fruit (carbs) is important. Thanks!

you could read the following, then if you have any further questions
that are not answered, or something that you disagree with, then
you could ask someone with experience here.

A lot of people bomb on the raw diet when they don't keep it low fat. I've known so many people who could not maintain good health on raw, and mostly it had to do with the volumes of fat they were eating.

You might live longer if you restrict your fats.

This is a new study on 22000 Greeks. The ones who had more carbohydrates in their diets had lower mortality rates.

I don't think it's necessary to go all the way down to 10% or lower, unless you already have some artery/vein clogging that you need to clean out, but 20-25% is probably better than 40%. Or the 60-70% that a lot of raw foodists are doing.
