Anyone ever try Sunrider foods?

Hi

I just ordered a month's supply of Sunrider foods and have not even gotten them yet, but I was wondering if anyone else out there has had experience with them? Apparently lots of raw fooders eat it as it "nourishes the body at a deeply cellular level" yaddy, yaddy yah...I don't know much about it but my friend really has me convinced. I am not a distributor or anything - just bought it through her.

There is so little out there on these foods. I just wondered if I am getting taken here or if this stuff is really as great as they say it is.

Thanks!
Julie

Also, from my research, it is raw - dehydrated Chinese herbal plants - it's not a supplement - it's considered FOOD...

Anyone know about that aspect?

Let us know how they work out for you. I personally quit buy supplements after being raw for 6 months as I felt so good on my raw diet that it didn't feel like my body needed them.

I don't see anything there that you couldn't do a better job with using real foods such as those you can get from your local farmer's market.

But I do supplement w/ B12 once a week and D2 once a day.
