Question about baby coconuts

Date: May 14, 2007 02:48AM Hi everyone. I have a question about baby coconuts. I've seen on some of the raw food prep shows that the coconut water is in a pitcher. It made me wonder about opening up my case of coconuts when I get them each week, and keeping the water and "meat" in separate containers in the fridge (saving me lots of room!). Is this something that can be done, or will the water/"meat" go bad?
