Irish Steel cut oats

Are these oats raw? Can I just soak them to make a raw oatmeal?

Not sure if those are, but I know Alissa Cohen sells some raw oats on her website's store that are considered 'raw' smiling smiley

They probably aren't. Raw oats mold really quickly, so probably all of the oats you'd find in a normal grocery store are pasteurized.
