I have used baking parchment paper, just cut it to size.

i tried using greaseproof paper once for flax crackers when i lost a teflex sheet. It completely welded together, even tho i oiled the paper!

Im afraid of non-stick coating stuff, doesnt it kill birds?

I use the silcone stuff in my dehydrator. Ye olde' silicone baking sheets worked great for crackers and cookies in the dehydrator. I see now that they have ones that fit dehydrators perfectly.
