Baby coconuts- good deal

Date: May 20, 2007 04:40AM I pay from 1.79 to 2.29 per coconut and think thats cheap. (Canadian money, Vancouver)

Date: May 22, 2007 12:23AM I haven't bought coconuts yet. I LOVE them but because of the fat I haven't had one in years. Can someone please tell me why this is OK for the raw food diet? My husband has heart disease and I've gotten him on the 7 week raw food diet with me. I just want to make sure I don't overdue the fat.
