what books about raw food diet would you recommend?

Date: May 21, 2007 06:23PM In my journey, it was reading Conscious Eating, and Spiritual Nutrition and the Rainbow Diet by Gabriel Cousens that did it. Lots and lots of sound information to get your teeth into.
