Date: May 28, 2007 05:41AM Oops, I meant to post this under other subjects. It took all I had plus the help of a friend just to post a picture! Even if it's huge I'm glad it even got on there.

Date: May 28, 2007 10:58PM Lovely and breathtaking scenery. Was it on the West Coast? I'll bet the sunsets wherever it was were equally as gorgeous. Very relaxing! I have a "dream machine" from Brookstone that I play various sounds to sleep. My favorite is the ocean surf coming in. It reminds me of that! Joan Re: photo

Date: May 29, 2007 12:14PM geez, kit isn't answering
i wonder why? maybe when she said she took the pic "out of town" it was like in a different 'zone' than earth that's why kit isn't answering not wishing to risk incredulity on our part Re: photo

Date: May 31, 2007 12:01AM I'm glad you all enjoyed the picture. Please forgive my tardiness in responding. I always look forward to seeing what is posted. I'm just not always on here daily.
It is indeed the west coast, much farther north than Oceanside. It was high tide in the evening 5:30 or 6:00ish. Low tide seems to be in the mornings. After work I took a short walk to where the photo was taken. The rocks in the water have sea palms or fronds that are bent toward shore in the photo. As each wave passes they stand up. The wind was strong. The temp was very comfortable. I was walking, unwinding. There was a nearby green mound of earth that kept wind off of a spot in the ground. So I layed on my back on that spot. The ground cover plants were spongy like a mattress. I put my straw hat over my face and could see up through the holes in it. There were a few birds overhead curving thier wings and supported in place by the air. I could see bits of them move through one hole to the next in my hat. I could go on and on but let me bring it back to raw food here. The work I did was in addition to F/T work. Five months ago before adding raw foods to my diet I would have wanted this assignment but probably wouldn't have taken it due to lack of energy. If I had taken it I might have never made it to that photo. I might have plodded from work to my room collapsing and unable to really rest. I would have missed something nice. It's hard transitioning to raw foods at times. So much easier to eat a pizza like everyone else who I know. And sometimes I join them. But rewards of raw foods are beginning to show bits of themselves. I hope other transitioners out there don't give up. I hope when you slip on a pizza you say "Oops, cant wait to get back to my salades". Kit Miss Joan I'm fascinated by "dream machine" gadgets. Re: photo
