Date: June 09, 2007 05:30AM Hi guys.
on this diet, if you don't get enough caloric intake, I notice that you are tempted to eat other foods. I usually do good the first half of the day, but on the second half of the day, I give in to most temptation of.. well any snack. any tips? Gracias. What are some good high-caloric raw foods besides bananas and fats. I hear avacado is good, but for 80/10/10 I dont wana get too much fat in. How many calories are in one avacado? Thanks. - dried / dehydrated fruit, though it's probably not raw - raisins (might be raw if it says "sun dried" on the box) - dates - tamarind (not easy to find) - avocado (fatty) - durian (not easy to find) - persimmon - plantain - breadfruit (not easy to find) - custard apple - orange peel (what to do with the orange?) - passion fruit - sugar apples - bananas Most of these, other than raisins, plantains, and bananas, are not easy to come by. Date: June 09, 2007 04:10PM One thing that helps me not eat fat is to add more greens-- to smoothies, and in salads. And when I eat bananas or other starchy/sugary fruit, I always follow them with celery, which stops my hunger in its tracks, balances postassium/sodium ratios, and leaves my mouth feeling like I just brushed. For some reason, if I eat bananas and don't have greens, I will still feel like eating more. Sharrhan: [www.facebook.com] Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
