Mono eating- Juicy fruits best?

Hi all

I am thinking of trying a few days of mono eating, alternating with juice fasting.

Before I have done 4 day periods with oranges, then apples.

I am wondering if banana's would be good for this sort of thing? Any experiences on banana's?

Any suggestions would be great

I currently consume between 400-600cal day, juices mostly.Try to go by intuition instead of worrying about hitting a number! I train daily- walk as my mode of transport, run in the evening a few miles and weight train. So bear that mind!

Thanks for suggestions in advance

Sure. Nothing wrong with your plan - if you are prepared and motivated.

Hang on a minute there. You say you consume between 400 and 600 calories a day? And with all that physical exertion? How long have you been doing this? Was there a typo somewhere?!

Bananas are a great mono meal. Great. Lots of energy, filling, lots of nutrients, and delicious.
