Hi everyone, I have been raw for about a month, but the cost is quite high.

I don't have access to any outside space, are there any fruit or veggies that can be grown indoors?

thanks

Try the sprouting and gardening section of this forum.

There's lots of other interesting sections here, but most ppl post here for all topics, leaving the other ones a little neglected.

Sprouts are cheap to do yourself, good luck!

Hi,
sunflower greens are really easy to grow and they taste great....alfalfa can be grown into mini greens, they're super nutritious and easy to grow, too. If you have a juicer that can juice greens, wheatgrass and barleygrass can also be grown indoors. I recently saw somewhere on the internet a hydroponic system for indoors that grows abundant amounts of lettuce and other greens in a small amount of space.
If you don't have much space, you probably won't want to be storing huge sacks of soil indoors, either, which is what i used to do when i first started my indoor garden from my small flat....but sprouting is do-able.....if you do a google search, you'll find lots of info on growing sunny greens etc.
good luck
growing your own is the best! really empowering....
