positive side of binging

last night i suddenly got really strong cravings for really bad stuff. pasteries, pasta, etc. so i gave in. and i am ok with that. its my first real "binge" since becoming raw vegan 6 weeks ago. i ate a huge plate of pasta with olive oil and vegan cheese substitute. i even had a glass of wine. 1 glass.

well, this morning of course i woke up feeling bloated and not as wide eyed and bushy tailed as i have been lately. but also, i am sick to my stomach. i threw up! and every time i move i feel like i might throw up again. i have diareaha and i feel sick every time i go to the bathroom.

but i am so glad that this happened because it has made me so repelled by cooked food and alcohol! i feel terrible and its just what i needed. i dont feel guilty or discouraged at all. its just the opposite. i am glad that i gave in to the cravings. i am glad i was "weak". because this moment of weakness has made me stronger than ever. this was sort of a break through. this has been another important milestone in my quest for perfect health.

It took me getting sick after a cooked meal to eat more and more raw. I love the way raw makes me feel. I especially love the way raw foods taste!

yes it does always lead me back 2 raw which is great :]

the one bad thing is that whenever just take one little bite, or hav one little meal, i get hooked and keep on binging for the next few days,, that parts not good,, its alot like alcoholism,, i dont want 2 do it, but i do,, i hope that one day i can just not go back and stay on raw
