raw snacks for weekly meditation group

Date: July 01, 2007 05:40PM every other week a very sweet group of 4-5 meet at my place.
we have refreshments after practice and im running out of ideas. on the off weeks at another members home, we get plenty of non raw treats: cookies, cakes etc what i've served so far: dates almonds pineapple grapes iced herb tea mixed with juice any other ideas? Date: July 01, 2007 06:24PM This is a great time to show that raw foods are great. there are tons of recipes out there but a few of my favorites are:
Raw marinara with flax crakers hummus with crudite raw granola in bowls for munching everybody likes a smoothy so thick you think it is a milkshake date/nut/coconut treats raw brownies or cookies raw almond butter on toasted sprouted bread (for nonraw) with banana nut pate with flax crakers or veg lettuce wraps with guac and if you have a vita-mix raw ice non-cream any flavor(no one would turn that down) I like to cook so it is always a fun challenge to make things everyone thinks are good. best of luck Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
