Date: July 14, 2007 09:33PM I've been reading about the wonderful benefits of goji berries so I bought some only to realize I don't really have a recipe for using them, other than to throw them into a smoothie. Then I found that they are not listed on fitday.com. So...
1) I was wondering how you guys use them and if anyone would share their favorite recipes 2) Does anyone have the nutritional breakdown? Thanks! Re: Goji berries, nutritional info and recipes

[www.timpanogosnursery.com] If you purchased fitday software, you can add it with the listed nutrient values. My Chinese Friend from Taiwan uses Goji berries in tea and to add to soups (non-vegan). It can be added to water, of course. I suppose that you could add the fruit to any dish as you would prunes or raisins, etc. Depending on how sweet the Goji is. I purchased some a while back when I first became raw and held back some of the berries to plant. I haven't planted them yet but it's on my list. Good luck!
