Lugols?

Hello Everyone!

I am a memeber to curezone.com and I love this site too. Anyway, I'm curious to know what lugols are? I read that it had something to do with heavy metal detox. Plus, I saw Lugols listed as an iodine supplementation.

I read that lugols helps tremendously for firmer skin.

Does anyone have a clue?

I think zeolite is the best heavy metal eliminator, since it traps the toxins in its molecular structure and transports them out safely. I've never heard of lugols.

Sounds like something that was part of the (anti-cancer) Gerson Therapy. Not sure if they still use it.
