Avoiding raw restaurant temptations?

Date: July 19, 2007 09:12PM Hi,
I feel best and most clear on a 100% raw vegan diet with no salt or condiments. Right now I'm giving the low-fat, high fruit approach a try for the first time. However, I find that whenever I feel bored I start thinking about going to raw restaurants for a splurge. There may be an emotional component to this (likely). Any tips on how to resist this temptation? Thanks. Re: Avoiding raw restaurant temptations?

So...if you're keeping to 80/10/10 all week and spurlge one meal at a raw food restaurant, you should still be okay. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
