Date: July 28, 2007 12:51PM Good morning everyone. I'm new to this lifestyle and like I said in previous post, I like it very much...Except now I love it!
However, I'm now at the point where I would like to try recipes with a food dehydrator. Problem is I've never used one. My only question is safety. How safe is this? Most recipes want you to leave food for 6-8hours or even more. Is this like a slow cooker where you can set it, go to work and not worry. Thank you for all your help. We have two Excaliburs and have left them both running overnight and while at work, without any problems.
