same with me. I have a pak of the berries and now I don't know what to do with them. They are very sour and have a hard center like a large seed? After tasting one I put the bag on a shelf and there it sits. I thought of soaking some to see what happens. But they are so sour.

The ones I have are tart, but not really sour, and no seed. I soak them (I think about 1/3 cup is one serving) in water and then add them to my smoothies.

I quite like them on their own :-) Pre-raw, I used to sprinkle them on muesli to jazz it up a bit...

I've seen recipes where they are soaked and added to smoothies, raw 'cakes' and sweets. They kind of taste like a cross between a dried-up cranberry and wholemeal bread to me...

Some are yummy, and then I'll get a pack that are almost bitter?

as i said in another post, i put them in my dandelion or green tea. when i am finished with my tea i eat them. this way, they are easier to chew, they release some of their "power" into my tea, and i love the taste the tea gives them and the taste they give the tea.

That doesn't sound like goji berries at all. Are you sure that's what you have? What color are they?
