In my opinion the hemp protein is good stuff...cold pressed...cold milled and organic. In fact, I just bought some, but haven't used it yet. None of the nutrients are lost in how it is prepared. (Heat destroys the natural enzymes and nutrients in foods and causes the internal chemistry of the food to change, thus making it less beneficial and in some cases even harmful)

Making almond milk from raw almonds is good. Soy milk is processed, but it can be a good transitional food.

Almond milk is great if you make it yourself, but if you buy it pre-packaged it will probably have been pasteurised.

Oh yes you are. You're just afraid to admit it because you aren't 100%..."yet". You're the perfect amount of raw for you right now. Keep on perfecting.
