Brand spankin' new

Date: August 16, 2007 04:46PM Hi Folks... I am brand spankin new to raw and all that it entails... I am in the most infant stage here just feeling my way. My first question to the group for help is this.. I have IBS and diverticulosis not supposed to eat seeds.. Duh! now what?... seeds seem to be so much a part of the raw diet and constitute the 'treat' as well... Also I want to switch cold cereal (mostly shredded wheat) and soy milk to something raw other than just pieces of fresh fruit. Any suggestions will be appreciated... Thanx MB Edited 1 time(s). My breakfast has the last 4 years been only fruits and green shake. I have tried a couple times a morning raw cereals but always get back to the F & GS. They are somehow easier to digest. I do not have any negative to say about the raw cereals but I think soy milk is not the best. Go to mercola.com and check for soy. The I have found that the best for raw cereals is fresh almond or sesame seed milk. Just my 5 cents MH Re: Brand spankin' new

welll!! and u want a cereal idea? no seeds? hmm... i don't know anything gotta ask the more creative folks here all i know is that MH has a pretty good drill there that's all i know good luck brand new person Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
