Iridologists believe the irises show congestion and health.

A boy cared for an owl whose leg (?) was broken. He noticed a line in the owl's eye - the eye on the same side and the broken leg. As the leg healed, the line diminished and disappeared. He then became an iridologist when he was an adult.

Blue and brown are the only two natural colours - I think the person who said green was natural meant brown.

When I was young I had blue eyes, they became greenish now they're becoming bluer with my raw diet.

So brown - normal.
Blue - normal.
Green, hazel, etc - shows signs of congestion and will change with cleansing.
