Hello there-first day raw....

Hi all. Jonathan here. Longtime lurker, first time poster. Just wanted to thank you all for inspiring me to give this a try. I've been a vegan for about 13 years, but raw is something else. Here I go...

Oh, and I apologize in advance for the plethora of stupid questions I'm sure I will be asking.
