The Hardest to Detox?
Posted by: rawnoggin ()

When going raw, which foods does everyone think are the hardest/take the longest to detox?

meat
dairy
e-numbers
aspartame & sweeteners
refined sugar
refined grains
salty foods
potatoes
caffeine
oily foods
(+any others I've forgot to list!)

Also, are any of these as bad or similar to detoxing past problems such as smoking/alcohol/drugs?

Thanks smiling smiley

but people should probably focus on the refined/process sugars and starches and dairy, then meats.

After that is when it gets messy smiling smiley

but if one has an underlying MOTIVATION and does things slowly, its quite manageable. If one wants to detox quickly, they will probably have to put in TONS of work and use a variety of TOOLS and METHODS to refrain from stirring up acute symptoms

Pesticides, drugs, chemicals, additives, preservatives, artificial colors, foreign entities, hormones from meat & dairy, and parasites. Processed food, too, because it's changed from it's raw state, into something the body does not know what to do with it, and get gunked up in intestines. I think any food in its raw state, will detox the quickest.
