I had a low-fat day

And I felt great all day.

I only had half a tablespoon of raw tahini in each of 3 smoothies (over a litre each), so that's only about 150 cals from fat. I'd like to eat about 2000 cals a day. But I was hungry for another smoothie every 2 hours.


The best part - I didn't crave anything else, was really happy with my parsley, kale, date and tahini smoothies. It's really hard to get the cals without sweet fruits and nuts.

I'm going to do this again tomorrow.
