Date: October 17, 2007 08:52PM Would anyone happen to know if Himalania brand goji berries are sun-dried?
Is there really any other processing they would bother to put organic goji berries through? I mean is it standard to have them sun-dried? Re: alright another annoying question

Date: October 18, 2007 02:58AM You don't need goji berries or any other super foods.
I strongly suspect that those ridiculously expensive 'raw" dehydrated goji berries are repackaged from what my Asian food store offers for approximately $1/lb. They certainly taste the same. Personally I think you are better off with a wide variety of fresh f+v. Re: alright another annoying question

Date: October 18, 2007 06:11PM yes, I had some superfoods today.
Figs, Peaches, celery, tomato and banana. They were delicious. You don't need those so called superfoods. Can you squeeze water from them? Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
