What green superfood supplements do you recommend?

I'd like to start supplementing with some green superfoods (I'm not sure if I currently eat enough). What do you suggest? Thank you!

It's not really considered a suppliment, but I blend greens into all of my smoothies at least once a day (usually twice). I'll usually add a whole bunch of parsley, kale, romaine, or dandelion greens with a banana, a papaya, and whatever other fruit (especially if it's reaching the end of its freshness) I'm not sure how this fits into proper food combining, but I always feel great after drinking them. I was finding it a bit difficult to eat as much greens as i felt i needed and this works (and tastes) great.

Good luck

I use Dr. schulz Superfood Plus when I can afford it. It definatly turns me on in the mornings. and i feel great all day too. not like with other foods that perk me up and leave me wanting more... like dates smiling smiley

I like to make juice from chinese flowering cabbage (yu choy) and spinach. Gross taste, but incredibly nutritious.

greens in your yard are typically edible. eat a big salad of those before it snows so you can feel the magic and get excited about spring early.
