vitamin D?

according to fitday, i'm not getting any vitamin D. for the past week i've been about 90% raw. what fruits/veggies can i add that have vitamin D? i try to eat a wide variety. thanks! michelle Re: vitamin D?

Date: November 07, 2007 01:23PM your body will produce vit d with sun exposure (no sunscreen). try to get some every day on as much of your skin as possible. apparently if you stock up during summer your fat reserves store enough vit d for the darker months. this doesn't mean over doing it either, 20 mins is usually sufficient.
