Raw and Green Food Lengthens The Life!

I would like to say something about healthy food: Eating fast and processed food is highly unhealthy, since the acid created by meat, sweets, processed food, and stress, can damage vital organs and promotes the growth of yeast and fungi inside us. Consequently, the body constantly struggles to maintain its ideal pH, and demands a diet that is rich in raw and green foods. The body's entire metabolic process depends on a healthy (alkaline) environment; our internal system lives and dies at the cellular level. All the billions of cells that make up the human body are slightly alkaline, and must maintain alkalinity in order to function and remain healthy and alive. Alkaline green foods are mostly vegetables, especially raw ones, and offer a low carbohydrate, high fiber and delicious way to nourish your system with what it really needs. Fresh vegetables, greens and grasses are an excellent anti-yeast and anti-fungal. Green grasses such as barley or wheat grass are some of the lowest-calorie, lowest-sugar and most nutrient-rich foods on earth, and contain high amounts of fiber. Following raw and alkaline foods one can eat freely, since they give the body cells ALL nutrients and vitamins it needs to stay balanced and healthy: Asparagus, Lettuce, Onion, Cauliflower, Spinach, Garlic, Celery, Cabbage, Fresh Lettuce, Fresh Endive, Cayenne Pepper, Dandelion, Kamut Grass, Barley Grass, Soy Sprouts, Sprouted Radish Seeds, Sprouted Chia Seeds, Alfalfa Grass, Cucumber, Fresh, Wheat Grass, Limes, Fresh Lemon, Tomato, Avocado, Spelt, Lentils, Tofu, Lima Beans, Soybeans, Fresh, White Beans (Navy Beans), Granulated Soy (Cooked Ground Soy Beans), Soy Nuts (soaked Soy Beans, then air dried), Sesame Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Fennel Seeds, Flax Seeds, Caraway Seeds, Sunflower Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds, Wheat Kernel. The foods you listed, are these foods part of your raw diet? I ask because tofu isn't raw (nor would you want it be anyway because of the soy toxicity). My list of foods would be much shorter, and even these many I don't eat that often: Asparagus, Lettuce, Cauliflower, Spinach, Celery, Cabbage, Fresh Lettuce, Fresh Endive, Cucumber, Limes, Fresh Lemon, Tomato, Avocado, Sesame Seeds, Sunflower Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds Here is the list I might eat regularly (meaning more than once or twice a year): Lettuce, Spinach, Celery, Fresh Lettuce, Cucumber, Limes, Fresh Lemon, Tomato, Avocado, Sesame Seeds, Sunflower Seeds. the foods I listed are part of a combined raw and alkaline diet, where soy products can be eaten freely. Your food list (Lettuce, Spinach, Celery, Fresh Lettuce, Cucumber, Limes, Fresh Lemon, Tomato, Avocado, Sesame Seeds, Sunflower Seeds) is healthy alkaline as well, so enjoy it! We have only X years to live, and raw green alkaline food support our efforts immensely being healthy for a lot more years to come!
